Nanbaozigou Bridge is located at K6+913, G244 National Highway, Baoji City, Shanxi Province. The bridge has a span of 13m and a width of 12m. It is a straight bridge with prestressed concrete hollow slab structure. The bridge deck pavement consists of 9cm asphalt concrete, ATR-1 waterproof layer and 10cm C40 concrete. Both sides of the bridge are provided with rigid anti-collision railings. Grade flat approach slab with a length of 5m are arranged at both ends of the bridge. The bridge is a semi-integral bridge, the end beam of the upper part of the abutment is rigid connected with the main beam, and the lower part of the abutment is connected with the superstructure through the support, so as to cancel the expansion joint and deck expansion device at the abutment, avoid the maintenance and repair of the deck expansion device, and improve the usability and durability of the bridge. At the same time, because the main beam and abutment through the support connection, neither the bending moment, nor the shear force are transfer, so the additional force induced by the temperature change, the concrete shrinkage and creep and the pier settlement difference and other factors on the bridge is smaller than the integral bridge. A drain pipe is arranged at the bottom of the end beam to facilitate drainage, and a foam filler is arranged between the end beam and the ear wall to adapt to the deformation of the main beam and prevent water from eroding the main beam.
The construction unit of Nanbao Zigou Bridge is Baoji Highway Administration Bureau, and the design unit is Xi 'an Highway Research Institute. The college of civil engineering of Fuzhou University is responsible for the research project with the bridge as the background. The design of the bridge has been guided and the structure of the bridge has been studied. The bridge was completed and opened to traffic in July 2018
