The Manxiwe Port Bridge, a critical node in the Juyun Road project of the Xicen Science and Innovation Center, adopts a 35+35-meter two-span rigid frame bridge layout with a width of 20 meters, aligning with the road cross-section. It orthogonally spans the Manxiwe Port channel and adjacent sidewalks to meet traffic demands. The superstructure consists of a single-box five-cell box girder with a variable depth of 1.6–2.2 meters and a top slab thickness of 0.25 meters. Designed as a partially prestressed Class A member, it utilizes prestressed steel strands with a tensile control stress of 1,395 MPa to enhance durability. The substructure includes double-column piers rigidly connected to the girder, a dumbbell-shaped pile cap, and 1.0-meter-diameter bored pile foundations to ensure overall stability. Ancillary facilities comprise a 17-centimeter-thick deck pavement (including a waterproofing layer), 3.55-meter-wide sidewalks with an inverted cross slope, along with bearings and expansion joints, comprehensively ensuring functionality and safety while embodying the refined design philosophy of modern bridge engineering.
