Jannan No. 1 Bridge is located in the west of Jingu Town, Anxi County, Quanzhou City. The superstructure adopts 4×20 meters of fabricated prestressed concrete hollow slabs. It is simply supported-continuous bridge. The design load is highway II-level; the bridge width is 0.5m+ 7.49m, the longitudinal slope is 2.2%, the bridge deck transverse slope is 1.5%, one-way two-lane, prefabricated prestressed hollow slab, cast-in-place continuous section is C50 concrete. The cast-in-place layer of the bridge deck is made of C40 waterproof concrete, and the bridge deck pavement is made of asphalt concrete. The substructure pier adopts column pier and bored pile foundation; the bridge abutment adopts column body and bored pile foundation.
Due to the continuous and jointless structure, under the action of dead load and live load in the later stage, the section of the continuous section of the pier top structure bears a negative bending moment. Therefore, longitudinal tensile steel bars should be added at the top of the section.
The whole bridge adopts the sliding type or semi-slip type semi-integral bridge. By adopting semi-integral abutments, the structure of all expansion joint of the bridge is cancelled, and the expansion and contraction of the beam body due to temperature deformation is absorbed by the joint structure arranged behind the semi-slip semi-integrated abutment.
The bridge adopted Z-shape approach slab (invention patent) proposed by Fuzhou University. The approach slab consists of an upper plate, an inclined plate and a lower plate.
The construction unit of Jannan No. 1 Bridge is the Anxi Branch of Quanzhou Highway Bureau, the design unit is Quanzhou Lufa Traffic Planning and Design Institute, the construction unit is Yongan Hongsheng Engineering Co., Ltd., and the supervision unit is Zhangzhou Hengda Traffic Supervision Co., Ltd. The school of civil engineering of Fuzhou University is in charge of the scientific research projects with the bridge as the background, instructing the design of the bridge and studying the bridge structure. The bridge was completed and opened to traffic in February 2015.
