Dear Members: With the deep regrets and sadness, we inform you that Dr. Wen-Huei Phillip Yen, director of the International Association of Jointless Bridge (IAJB) is no longer with us. Dr. Yen departed this life peacefully on 17th september , 2019. We appreciate his distinguish contribution to the area of the integral abutment jointless bridges.
世界著名的桥梁专家、国际无缝桥协会（IAJB）主席和国际桥梁抗震协会（IABEE）主席，知名的美籍华裔桥梁专家颜文晖（W Phillip Yen）博士于2019年9月17日在台北市出席会议期间不幸病故，享年60岁。颜主席为国际无缝桥做出了杰出贡献，对他的辞世我们深感悲痛！
