Shili Bridge

    Shili Bridge is located on County Road 503, in Shili Village, Changtai County, Zhangzhou City. It was completed and opened to traffic in 1995 and has been in operation for 17 years. The bridge is a 6-span reinforced concrete hollow slab simply supported girder bridge with a total length of 8.95+96+6.9=111.85m, and the standard span of each span is 16m. The bridge deck is paved with cement concrete, the superstructure is prefabricated or cast-in-place hollow slab, and the substructure is made of grouting block stone gravity pier and open excavation enlarged foundation. The bridge’s design load adopts: automobile-20 grade, trailer-100. The width of bridge deck is: 1.75m (sidewalk) + 9.5m (travel) + 3.35m (median divider) + 10.5m (travel) + 1.75m (sidewalk) = 26.85 meters. It is a double-width bridge. The left frame was built in 1995. The original bridge width was 1.75m (sidewalk) + 9.0m (travel) + 1.75 m (sidewalk) = 12.5m. The right frame was widened in the 1920s. This reconstruction is only for the left width. Bridge deck transverse slope: double-sided slope 1.5%.
